Compliance software for the businesses the internet forgot.
We build TermsFeed — the one-stop compliance platform for SMBs, with a full legal-document library, the Privacy Consent CMP, and the keep-current tooling that replaces a $200–$500/hour legal team.
We acquire legaltech businesses in the same category — privacy, terms, consent, compliance — and operate them inside the portfolio.
Why
A solo founder shipping a site is subject to the same privacy laws as a Fortune 500 — GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, LGPD, and growing. Enterprises hire the legal team to comply. SMBs carry the same exposure without one.
Build
We build TermsFeed — the one-stop compliance platform for SMBs. Not a generator stitched to a banner plugin: a legal-document library, the Privacy Consent CMP, and the keep-current tooling that holds it all together. Operating since 2012.
Buy
We acquire legaltech businesses serving the same SMB customers — privacy, terms, consent, compliance. Acquired brands keep their identity; we operate them, not absorb them. Four flagship brands and 35+ specialized sites in portfolio since 2018.
Flagship brand
TermsFeed.com
TermsFeed is the one-stop compliance platform for small businesses — the legal-document library, the Privacy Consent CMP, and the keep-current tooling, all under one login. Not a generator stitched to a banner plugin: a single product that covers what an SMB actually needs to stay compliant.
The library spans Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Cookie Policy, EULA, Disclaimer, Return & Refund, and the long tail of agreements small businesses end up needing. Privacy Consent, our Consent Management Platform (CMP), ships alongside it — extensible, easy to install, made for operators who run compliance themselves.
Operating since 2012 and millions of documents later, TermsFeed is the flagship of Legalcom Group and the template for every brand we build or acquire.
For founders
Building a legaltech for SMBs? We buy them too.
Legalcom Group acquires SMB-facing legaltech businesses and operates them inside the portfolio. Since 2018: PrivacyPolicies.com, FreePrivacyPolicy.com, WPAutoTerms, CookieConsent.com, and 35+ specialized generator and template sites — bought, kept running, kept current.
What we look for
- Privacy, terms, cookies, consent, EULA, and adjacent compliance tools — anything an SMB ships to stay compliant.
- Document generators, templates, plugins, free tiers, narrow-scope SaaS, or content-driven brands with real search intent.
- Flagship sites or single-purpose tools — both fit. Existing customer base or organic traffic matters more than stack.
- Standard tech stacks; no special founder commitment required post-deal.
What happens after
- Brands keep their identity. PrivacyPolicies.com and FreePrivacyPolicy.com still run as themselves — we operate, we don't absorb.
- Operating support kicks in: editorial, privacy research, customer ops, and infrastructure across the group.
- Founders can stay involved or fully hand off — both paths exist in the portfolio.
- Existing customers keep what they bought; we keep documents, banners, and CMPs current as laws change.
Track record

- Since 2018 Acquired CookieConsent.com and run it as the free cookie-banner tier.
- Ongoing 35+ specialized generator and template sites in portfolio, acquired or built since 2018.

About Legalcom Group
A focused portfolio with a loud customer.
Legalcom Group was formed in 2016 to consolidate and scale a portfolio of LegalTech SaaS brands. The flagship, TermsFeed.com, has been operating since 2012 — the one-stop compliance platform for SMBs, pairing a full legal-document library with Privacy Consent, the group's Consent Management Platform, and the keep-current tooling that holds it all together. In 2018 the group acquired PrivacyPolicies.com, FreePrivacyPolicy.com, and WPAutoTerms, and has continued to acquire and build specialized sites since.
The group is actively building new products and acquiring established ones in the category — with a preference for tools that serve businesses too small to have a general counsel, and too busy to read a statute.
